Products & Methods

Back to categories ↑
What types of hair extensions does XuHe Hair offer?

Our in-stock range includes Genius Weft 20g, Genius Weft 50g, Butterfly Weft, Tape Hair, Invisible Tape Hair, K-Tip, Nano Ring Hair and I-Tip. We also develop other hair extension products to an approved custom specification.

Which hair extension method is right for me?

The right method depends on the client’s hair density, scalp sensitivity, lifestyle, maintenance routine and desired result. We recommend professional consultation and installation; use wefts for flexible volume, tapes for flat attachment, or tip and ring methods for strand-by-strand placement.

What is the difference between Genius Weft 20g and Genius Weft 50g?

Genius Weft 20g uses a 12-inch-wide, 20g weft. A standard pack contains three wefts (60g total). The MOQ is five pieces (100g), and orders may be repacked to match the selected quantity. Genius Weft 50g uses a 24-inch-wide, 50g weft. Each pack contains one weft (50g), and the MOQ is two pieces (100g). The 50g weft can be cut or folded to suit the installation plan. Always check the selected product page for the current length, color and pack details.

What makes Butterfly Weft different?

Butterfly Weft is designed for efficient weft installation and a full, high-volume result. A professional stylist should choose the placement and amount according to the client’s natural hair and desired finish.

Which options are glue-free or heat-free?

Nano Ring Hair is a glue-free ring method, while I-Tip is installed strand by strand without melting keratin during application. Suitability still depends on the client, and professional fitting and maintenance are recommended.

Can XuHe Hair customize products outside the in-stock range?

Yes. We can review custom methods, lengths, weights, textures, colors and packaging. Feasibility, sample requirements, MOQ, price and lead time are confirmed separately for each specification.

Hair Quality & Sourcing

Back to categories ↑
What hair quality can I expect from XuHe Hair?

XuHe Hair supplies 100% human hair with aligned cuticles and controlled sorting for consistent length and fullness. Each confirmed order follows the approved product specification, sample or color reference.

Is XuHe Hair Remy hair?

Yes. The hair is kept in one cuticle direction to reduce tangling and support a smooth, natural result. Correct professional installation and aftercare remain important to long-term performance.

Is the hair single-donor or mixed-donor?

Our standard products are made from carefully selected mixed-donor hair. The hair is sorted and matched before production to keep each finished batch consistent in color, texture and fullness.

Do you offer Raw, Virgin or Double Drawn specifications?

Different hair grades and fullness specifications can be reviewed for custom orders. Because the terms Raw, Virgin and Double Drawn are used differently across the industry, we confirm the measurable specification, sample standard and processing requirements in writing before production.

How do you control short hairs and fullness?

Hair is sorted by length before production, and we can work to approximately 30%, 40% or 55% full-length ratios depending on the product and approved specification. A fuller ratio means more strands reach the stated length.

Do you use strong acid or high-temperature processing?

No strong-acid shortcut is used. XuHe Hair uses a slower low-temperature process at approximately 25–30°C, with darker colors generally taking about 3 days and blonde colors about 7–10 days, to protect the hair structure as much as possible.

Is the hair covered with heavy silicone?

We do not rely on a heavy silicone coating to create a temporary slippery finish. Our finishing process focuses on controlled cleaning and nourishing care without using heavy coating to hide the natural condition of the hair.

Is the hair ethically sourced?

XuHe Hair sources hair through voluntary, lawful channels and requires fair compensation and respectful collection. We work with approved suppliers and maintain traceable purchasing and production records.

Why choose XuHe Hair?

XuHe Hair combines factory-direct supply, hair extension experience since 1992, controlled production and flexible custom development. The practical advantage for professionals is a clear approved standard that can be repeated across samples and future production orders.

Colors & Customization

Back to categories ↑
How many stock colors are available?

Our Color Guide currently presents 38 shades. The colors available for immediate ordering vary by product and live inventory, so check the selected product page before ordering.

How do I choose the right color?

Compare the client’s mid-lengths and ends with our Color Guide in natural light. For professional matching or larger orders, a physical color ring or approved swatch is the most reliable reference.

Can you match a custom color?

Yes. Send a physical swatch, color ring reference or an approved master sample whenever possible. Photos can help us understand the direction, but screens and lighting make them less reliable for final approval.

How do you keep color consistent between batches?

We compare each production batch with the approved master, formula and previous batch under controlled lighting. Instrument readings may also be used, while normal variation in real human hair is reviewed against the written tolerance agreed for the order.

Do you keep custom color formulas for repeat orders?

Yes. Once a custom shade is approved, we retain the formula and reference information for repeat production. Referencing the previous order or approved sample helps us match the correct standard.

Can you create a custom color ring or exclusive shade range?

Yes, subject to sample approval, MOQ and development requirements. Exclusive shades or market arrangements must be defined in a separate written agreement before production.

What is the MOQ for online orders?

The minimum quantity shown on each product or variant is applied automatically when you order online. Add the selected color and length to your cart and follow the quantity rule shown on the product page.

What is the MOQ for custom products?

Custom MOQ varies by method, length, color, weight, packaging and development work. We confirm the MOQ after reviewing the complete specification; it may differ from the minimum shown for in-stock online products.

Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?

Yes. You can order available products for testing before a larger purchase. In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours; custom samples and prototypes are scheduled according to the product and specification.

Do you keep products in stock?

Yes. We hold selected methods, lengths and colors for direct online ordering, but availability changes as orders are placed. The product page is the current reference for purchasable variants.

When are in-stock orders dispatched?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours after the order and payment are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

How long does a production order take?

Delivery is usually 3–4 business days to most destinations and 5–7 business days to remote areas. Customs processing, local service conditions and an incomplete address can extend transit time.

Installation & Care

Back to categories ↑
Should XuHe Hair extensions be installed professionally?

Yes. Professional installation helps protect the natural hair, keeps attachment points balanced and makes maintenance easier. The stylist should choose the method and amount for the individual client.

Can the hair extensions be colored?

Professional depositing or toning may be possible, but results vary by starting shade and previous processing. Have a trained stylist perform a strand test first, and avoid attempting to lift or bleach the hair beyond its approved condition.

Can I use heat-styling tools?

Human hair extensions can be heat styled with professional care. Use a heat protectant, keep heat away from tapes, bonds and rings, and avoid repeated excessive temperatures that can dry the hair.

How should I care for the extensions?

Detangle gently, wash in the direction of the hair, condition the lengths and ends, and keep heavy oils away from attachment points. Follow the maintenance schedule and product guidance provided by the installing professional.

After-Sales Support

Back to categories ↑
What warranty does XuHe Hair provide?

XuHe Hair provides a 3-month warranty for confirmed production-related quality issues. The warranty review begins from the order and batch information and does not automatically cover problems caused by installation, chemical treatment, heat, water quality or incorrect care.

What information is needed for a quality claim?

Please provide the order number, product and batch details, clear photos or video, the installation date and method, and a summary of coloring, washing and care. Keep the affected hair available until the review is complete.

How are verified quality issues resolved?

After investigation confirms a production-related issue, the resolution may include replacement, refund or account credit according to the affected quantity and the written order terms. The team will explain the agreed resolution before it is processed.

What does XuHe Hair review during an after-sales investigation?

We review the production record together with installation, coloring or toning, heat use, products, water conditions and the care routine. This helps separate a production issue from damage caused after delivery.
