Return Requests

In original packaging

Hygiene & Product Quality Notice

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, colored, washed, altered or customized may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, wrong color, wrong length or a defective product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Wholesale, bulk, private-label, custom color and made-to-order products may have separate return or exchange conditions. Please confirm the terms with our team before placing a bulk or custom order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Refunds

Receive & inspect: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will review its condition.

Original payment method: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
