At XuHe Hair, we ship hair extensions to the destinations listed below, primarily through DHL or FedEx.

Current Shipping Destinations

Online checkout is currently available for the following destinations:

• Sweden

Puerto Rico is included under our United States shipping setup.

For destinations outside this list, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm available shipping options, a suitable shipping arrangement and a quote for your location.

Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days after shipment. Delivery to remote areas may take approximately 5–7 business days.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customized products, custom colors, private-label packaging, or made-to-order products may require additional production time. The estimated lead time will be confirmed before production.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally using reliable express carriers such as DHL and FedEx, depending on the destination and order requirements.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

• Most destinations: 3–4 business days

• Remote areas: approximately 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, shipping method, and order value.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with you before shipment for wholesale or customized orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Shipping Address

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

XuHe Hair is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will assist you in communicating with the carrier when necessary, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the package is in transit.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
