How do I choose the right color?
Compare the client’s mid-lengths and ends with our Color Guide in natural light. For professional matching or larger orders, a physical color ring or approved swatch is the most reliable reference.
What is the MOQ for online orders?
The minimum quantity shown on each product or variant is applied automatically when you order online. Custom products, colors, lengths or packaging have different MOQs, which we confirm after reviewing the specification.
Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes. You can order available products for testing before a larger purchase. In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours; custom samples and prototypes are scheduled according to the product and specification.
When will my order ship and how long will delivery take?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours; weekend and holiday orders move to the next business day. DHL or FedEx delivery is usually 3–4 business days to most destinations and 5–7 business days to remote areas after dispatch.
